And the chase begins....

There are now two crawling babies at home! Time to get the playyard gate! hehe! If I'm not pulling one from under the table, I'm grabbing the other one from behind the entertainment center. EEK! And this is just the beginning!

Jeremy actually started crawling a couple of weeks ago.

Jazlyn just started crawling yesterday!

And on a different note, I have been super busy finishing up the projects for Scrap4Life's November kit. I finished up all my projects yesterday! Woohoo! I have to tell ya guys that I loved working with this kit. I can't wait to share everything! And I think you girls are gonna love it! Just a couple more days! Yeah!!!

A Day at the Park

I took Bianca and the twins to the park last week (Daniel thinks he's too big) so that I could take some outside photos of them! I will learn how to use this camera! hehe! Well, Bianca wasn't very cooperative. She made friends at the park and was too busy playing. But I did get some good shots of the twins. Here are a few pics from that day....

1. I'm a born again Christian! After this past year, I have realized how much I need Jesus in my life.
2. I have lived in FL for a year already, 45 minutes from Disney, and haven't been there yet. Well, I mean, I've been to Disney, just not since we moved. You'd think I'd be there all the time.
3. I'm Puerto Rican....born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago!
4. I've had long hair all my life and recently chopped it all off! EEK!
5. I like to bake.
6. I looooooove chocolate!!!!
7. I have 3 sisters, all younger, no brothers! My poor dad! hehe!
8. I drive a MINI VAN! Yikes! I never thought I'd be driving one of those things. hehe!
9. I love to take road trips!
10. My favorite food besides Puerto Rican, of course, is Chinese!
11. When I'm back home in Chicago, I have to have Portillo's Italian Beef Sandwiches! OMG....you guys have to try these!
12. When we go to Downtown Disney I have to have Ghiradelli's! They have the best Brownie Sundaes!!!
13. My parents have 8 grandchildren...4 are mine! hehe!
14. I love my camera! It's like my 5th child! It goes with me everywhere! DH has to make me leave it home sometimes. LOL!

hmmmm...7 random facts about me...let's see:

1. I drink way too much diet coke.
2. I'm from the midwest (Chicago), have lived on a desert (El Paso), have lived on a tropical island (Puerto Rico) and now live in Sunny Florida.
3. Most of you just know me as a mom/scrapbooker but I am also a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
4. I want to learn so much more about photography.
5. When I get excited, I rub my hands on my face really fast. I know WEIRD! hehe!
6. I am a big time procrastinator! My husband HATES it! But I work better under pressure! hehe!
7. I would move back to Chicago in a heartbeat! Florida's nice...but I miss the change in seasons and of course, my friends and family!

Daniel's Birthday Weekend!

When we asked Daniel what he wanted for his birthday this year, he was quick to say, "I want to go to the Nickelodeon Hotel!" And so to the Nickelodeon Hotel we went! My SIL and her family also joined us for the weekend. We arrived on Saturday morning, Daniel's birthday, and oh, my, did the kids faces light up when they saw this as we walked into the hotel......

But we headed to our room first to drop off our stuff and to have some lunch. Daniel was excited when he saw we got a *Jimmy Neutron* room!

We then spent the whole day at the water park! Daniel went up and down the slides a gazillion times with his cousins. Little Miss B was very cautious of the water and so basically stayed in the shallow area....no slides for her. We weren't sure how the twins were going to feel about the water but oh my gosh...they loved it so much! They enjoyed splashing, playing and crawling in the water. Just take a look for yourself....

We then took a break from the water so that Bianca could meet some of the Nick characters. We got there late so unfortunately we didn't see many but lucky for her she got to meet her favorite one. Bianca meets Dora the Explorer.....

She was *pretending* to be shy (because we all know she's far from that) so Katherine (her cousin's girlfriend) took a picture with her.


Afterwards, we headed back to the water park for SLIME TIME! Once a day, the big bucket at the top of the water slides fills up with slime and dumps it all over the kids! Guess who arrived 20 minutes early and was in the front line....yep, Daniel and his cousins! Everyone starts yelling, "WE WANT SLIME! WE WANT SLIME! WE WANT SLIME!" And then, the countdown begins.....10, 9, 8, 7 , 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1........and the bucket starts to tip and the slime starts to pour out......

And Daniel gets SLIMED!!!!!

Afterwards, we head to Outback for Daniel's birthday dinner. There we embarress him by singing "Happy Birthday". hehe! He face turns so red! I love it!

After dinner, we head back to the Nick Hotel for a show. Although, no one in our party had signed up to be cast members, Daniel ends up on the stage with his aunt, uncle and cousin. It was the funniest thing ever! Here they are dancing as wild animals......

And I thought this was HILARIOUS! Meet the MOTHER CLUCK! That's my SIL! LOL!

But my absolute fav of the whole show was when Nathan, my nephew, was given a pie and was given the choice of smashing it on himself or someone from his team. He chooses his mom! LOL! Look at this.....too funny! He got her good!

It was a fun ending to a fun night! The next morning, my crazy BIL brought his electric skillet with him to the hotel and made us all breakfast, pancakes, bacon and eggs! YUMMY!

And then he made us burgers and hotdogs for lunch. The hotel room filled up with smoke from the burgers....OMG...I could see it now on the front papers...."Guests at the Nickelodeon Hotel set fire....." haha! We had a great laugh though! My husband was quite nervous though. hehe!

It was a wonderful weekend! Daniel says it was his best birthday ever! I was happy that we were able to do this for him! He says he wants to do it again next year! WOOHOO!!!

IT'S DANIEL'S BIRTHDAY!!!!!

Tomorrow my *big* baby turns 10 years old!!! Unbelieveable! Time sure does fly! We have a *FUN* weekend planned for him! I'll post some pictures from our weekend so be sure to check-in!! And don't forget to send out a nice litle SHOUT OUT to Daniel!

Look what I learned to do!!!!

Well, I bought Photoshop Elements 5.0 a couple of months ago, right after getting my new Rebel and have been totally overwhelmed with it. So I really haven't used it much. But today I decided that I had to start learning this program! So I sat down and played with it for quite a while. The first thing I was determined to learn was how to create a black & white photo with some color. And although it took awhile and some asking around, I did it! I'm so excited! This is what I did.....

How cool is that! Oh, and btw, that cutie in the photo is my baby nephew, Nataniel! Isn't he adorable?

Bingo Night!

Oh, how we *love* Bingo night! We drove up to Orlando just for it. It is always a blast! Once again we weren't big winners (never are); but just getting to hang out and laugh with friends is all worth it. Here are just a couple pictures from our weekend!

Jeremy couldn't handle the late night! He fell asleep on Mt. Juan! hehe! I didn't say that...that was Johnny! I'm just repeating!

Next time *Game Night* is our house! Woohoo!!

So the other day I was at Super Walmart picking up some baby food for the twins and at the same time talking to my sister. Now, this girl can tell you everything about every baby product out there! Seriously! So she was telling me about these cereal bars for babies. Never heard of them! So I find them and pick up a box. Ever since, she's been calling...did they like them? Did they like them? Well...what do you think?

Yeah...I think they did!

What I liked best about this kit is that you can go in so many different directions with it.
